Along with our services in aero engine MRO, Jordan Airmotive has developed its facilities and team to offer a number of specialized and technical services. Building off of the foundations of engine maintenance and the demands of the industry, we are capable of providing the following technical services.

Engine Borescope

Done according to the international and European sets of standards, and by qualified personnel.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

We use a number of testing techniques of material and component properties without damaging them. We use the following NDT methods:

• Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)
• Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI)
• Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
• Eddy Current (ED)

Shot Peening

Metal surface treatment carried out to the standards and specifications approved by American Welding Society (AWS) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and other regulatory authorities.

Plasma Spraying

Surface treatment and coating on certain engine components, done in accordance with AWS and ISO standards.

Welding Services

Performed meeting the specifications of Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ), according to CAA Section 8 standard. We are capable of welding with a number of metals, including aluminum alloy, stainless steel, titanium alloy and Inconel.
