Jordan Airmotive is proud to announce its official approval by CFM International as a qualified vendor for performing Enhanced Immersion Ultrasonic Inspection on a wide range of life-limited parts (LLPs), including High Pressure Turbine (HPT) disks for the CFM56 engine families.

This approval places Jordan Airmotive among a select group of globally recognized facilities capable of delivering advanced non-destructive inspection services in full compliance with the most recent CFM standards and inspection protocols. The Enhanced Immersion Ultrasonic Inspection method—now required under updated Engine Shop Manual procedures—enables precise detection of subsurface anomalies in critical rotating parts, ensuring the highest levels of safety and airworthiness.

“Our qualification by CFM International as a certified provider is a testament to the expertise, discipline, and dedication of our technical teams,” said Mahmoud Bashir, CEO of Jordan Airmotive. “This milestone reflects our ongoing commitment to quality, innovation, and global compliance, and it allows us to offer even more value and confidence to our customers through in-house inspection capabilities.”

The enhanced inspection process applies to multiple LLPs and incorporates refined scanning techniques to ensure a deeper and more accurate assessment of internal material integrity. By bringing this critical process in-house, Jordan Airmotive strengthens its ability to deliver efficient and high-quality inspection services to meet the evolving needs of engine operators across the aviation industry.

With certifications from EASA, the FAA, and other global authorities, Jordan Airmotive offers complete repair and overhaul services for CF6-80C2, CFM56-7B, CFM56-5B, CFM56-3, and NEXT LEAP-1A/1B engines.
